Great location, close to everything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the pool looked inviting.
The stairs leading to the apartments were too steep for my liking and difficult to climb with luggage. The balcony was too small and had no view.

Position so close to spencer park and within walking distance merimbula boardwalk. There was a balcony in our room. All in all hotel was perfect! Free parking, plenty of space.

The hotel had a great location, being close to main shops and still within walking distance of everything, which was convenient as it was on the footpath. The room was spacious with a high ceiling and included a spa bath and TV/DVD/internet features. The apartment was also kept incredibly clean with all necessary utensils provided.
The lighting outside the back of the hotel was too bright during the night and shone into the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, making it difficult to sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet street next to the lagoon. It was so peaceful and serene, yet still within easy walking distance from the main street. I loved being able to wander over to the shops and restaurants without any hassle. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, as well as the cozy sitting area and dining table. Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The location was amazing as it was within walking distance to everything, including the beautiful back lake, but still away from the shopping centre. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff were lovely. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the wonderful outlook. Transportation was easy as everything was within walking distance.

Had a great Xmas break at this place! Loved the fresh air and silence. Plenty of room in the apartment with a balcony boasting great views. Beautiful outlook and a nice walk to the beach - perfect for young kids. loved the pool and easy-to-use BBQ.
Watch out for wildlife when walking around at night. Light aircraft can be noisy during the day, but it didn't bother me much.
